Thank youThe postman called again today. A big parcel for the Little Princess this time.
Patiently, I waited until she got home from school and let her do the opening herself.
And what can I say? It's beautiful. So much work, so much love. Benjamin approves too!
Thank you so much to everyone who stitched and quilted and sorted. One very happy girl keen to try it out tonight.

BiographyAmana was born with undiagnosed Spina Bifida and had an extremely rough start to life with three months in hospital. She was not expected to survive, but surprised everyone by refusing to accept that prognosis!
Amana has had painful surgeries to her brain, hips, stomach, bowels and bladder. She uses a ventilator every night, and is waiting for spinal surgery later this year.
She is frequently in pain and has to undergo invasive medical procedures several times every day. Despite this, and being a full time wheelchair user, Amana sees herself as the helpful big/little sister, and is always willing to help out with her older sister's medical stuff and tube feeds.
