Biography

At birth nothing was any different from my other kids. But as time went on we notice he couldn't gain weight, sitting holding his own body weight couldn't take his bottle without help. Shocking. Never showed sign of walking. I took him into his doctors and the hospital. They told me he was just a lazy boy. Then I took him Alderhey they looked at him an know something wasn't right.

In 2010 June we got the news he had SMA(type2). Since then our life has been turned upside down. Lots of hospital appointments. Getting everything in place - tests after tests. Nite study's. He has now got a mickey button as he cannot weight gain. He has had pneumonia a number of times since June 2010.

At this minute Junior is in school, though he is sick a lot though the year and ends up in hospital with every illness. He also has a night feed. Even though he can eat and drink, he doesn't eat a lot and never eats or drinks when not he's well.

He's a happy little boy and enjoys life. Me and my partner try and make every day good for him. He has a wheelchair as he will never walk.
