Biography

My daughter was diagnosed with tuberous sclerosis when she was 5 months old having infantile spasms she was taken to guys hospital in london. Took 10 days for them to tell me the devastating news that she may never talk or walk. She had uncontrolled epilespy due to the multi tumours in her brain and was unfortunately unable to have brain surgery for them to remove any.

Currently she now is 11 years old and because of her condition which is life threatening she schools an hour from home as local schools can not cope with her medical needs. Which is sad for our family as she has a 52 week placement but comes home every weekend. She schools at young epilespy.

She is a strong loving girl who has conquered so much. She has emergency medication for her seizures has the mental age of a 4 year old but has beaten the dr on the fact she can walk and talk.
