So Mr Postie bought a parcel for us which made me cry. I have to say the photos do not do these quilts justice - it's amazing and even Ross is admiring it and Believe me he ignores most things. Thank you so much to all of you for putting this together - we are very grateful and it will go with him to hospital stays and respite visits.

Biography

Ross was born with Congental CMV - a virus that attacks unborn children. He was diagnosed with CP at 4 months, deaf at 8 months and VI at a year. He had his first seizure at 3 months and now on 3 different meds to contain them. He is now 15 and last year went through major back surgery to correct his scoliosis which is now returning. . He used to crawl but is unable to do that since his operation and spends his time in his wheelchair or on bad days in bed. Ross's autonomic dysfunction means his blood pressure drops quickly and some days he struggles to stay sitting in his chair.
