BiographyAnisha was born at 36 wks via a c-section due to a breech presentation becoming unstable, Anisha presented as an extremely unsettled baby. All still seemed fine health wise until Anisha's seizures began at around 2 years old, she continued to have seizures, at about 4 years old Anisha started to struggle with her learning too. Anisha seizures become prolonged in presentation. Anisha has continued to take 130 seizures a month. In the last 3 years we have been told that there is a novel mutation in the GABRG2 which continues to be very limited information currently about, Anisha has a life long condition that no one understands currently, her siblings also have the same condition. So we are making most of every day right now as there is no prognosis it is difficult to predict the future, this to our family is hard to except, but we are learning to live with the impact of the condition upon our whole family.
