Biography

Emily was born term+12 and suffered a lack of oxygen due to meconium aspiration. She was extensively resuscitated, vented and transferred to another hospital for cooling treatment.

She came home at 10 weeks on 24 hour oxygen and fed via ng tube.

Emily has grown into a very happy little girl but is often in hospital, mainly with chest infections or seizures. She had a gtube fitted earlier this year.

Emily has global development delay but is very sociable and has the world's best smile.
