Biography

Meghan had quite a rough start in life- spending the first 4 months of it in and out of hospital. She want putting on any weight and was losing what she did have fast, constantly bring her meals back up, had a distended tummy(looked very bloated)

She was literally wasting away before our eyes and there was nothing we could do... Then one day while her Brother was visiting he have her a kiss and said she tasted like Red crisps(Ready salted), which have the drs the idea to test for CF- Finally we had a diagnosis!!!

Today she tries hard not to let CF affect her life to much and takes part in many school activities and keeps up with her peers very well.

She tries to hide CF from people who do not know she has it because she wants people to get to know her 'as her' and not 'the girl with CF'...
