Thank you so much for Millie and Daisy's beautiful quilts. the girls love their quilts! Millie has had several admissions to hospital so this quilt will come in handy to snuggle under on her difficult days. Daisy is having further spinal surgery soon so again to take this to hospital will be of great comfort. Thank you to everyone X

Biography

Millie was born with no complications and had a relatively normal childhood with only minor health issues. When she became 13 she started to experience dislocations and subluxations of her joints and in early 2012 was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome hypermobility. Following this she developed intestinal failure in 2014 which has resulted in her being fed intravenously through a central line spending 5 months establishing this new way of feeding. As a family our lives have changed dramatically. However, throughout this Millie has still kept a positive outlook on life. We are so grateful to all of you for this kind gesture.
