Biography

Evie was born at 32 weeks but was breathing fine after 24 hours and we were home within 2 weeks, but very quickly things started to wrong, she failed to thrive, they thought she was blind so we spent weeks going back and forth to Moorfeilds eye hospital in London. She was sick constantly. She was diagnosed with Severe Reflux and was put on lots of medication. In summer 2009 she was given a MRI scan and we we were told she has major damage to her cerebellum, diagosis Ataxic CP. She will always have trouble walking and balancing. Her reflux got so bad she had to have a operation in November 2010 and is now peg fed high cal milk.
