BiographyChloe was diagnosed with Aicardi Syndrome before birth, a life limiting condition that only effects girls. When she was born we were told she wouldn't survive but 11 yrs on she's proved them all wrong.
Chloe's left eye is tiny so has limited vision. Her seizures started when she was one month old and at first very scary but now they are a part of Chloe and we deal with them. She has daily seizures but only some days needing rescue meds.
In 2006, Chloe began to struggle to eat and gain weight. She was still wearing 9 mnth baby clothes at 2yrs and so had a nasal tube until 2009 when she had a gastrostomy. Now she has gained weight and is blooming.
In 2012 Chloe was very ill and needed oxygen 24/7, 4 yrs later she is still oxygen dependant and needs an overnight ventilator.
Chloe loves music and babbles along to Michael Buble - her favourite singer. She smiles when she hears him.
In 2015 we finally adopted Chloe after fostering her from birth SHE BECAME A BUNTING X
This year so far were having lots of problems with her hips and femur breaking plus weak bones ....something scary and new to deal with, but she will smile though all her procedures
