Thank youOmg Millie received her quilt this afternoon and it's GORGEOUS ⤠She's so made up about it saying that she's having a sleepover in her brother Ben's room with it tonight, and she's taking it with her on her next respite sleepover and that she "love it forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever." Absolutely reduced me to tears. Thank you SO MUCH everyone, I still can't believe that complete strangers can do something so amazingly wonderful and lovely. You guys are...I can't find the right words.

BiographyMollie was born what I thought was healthy. By year 1 they had picked up a heart defect, by year 2 they realised something was not right and her development was very delayed. They did tests for a chromosome abnormality which came back positive. More DNA tests they realised it was on chromosome 20 to this day she is the only child in the world with it !!!
She didn't walk until she was age 5, talk till age 6. She had emergency heart surgery in 2011 which left her on life support for a week. we now have hospice help as her health was never good but now getting worse. She has recurrent urine & chest infection and also higher blood pressure which is causing awfulness nose bleeds which ends up in hospital having nose quaterisation. Her osteoporosis causes her to have a lot of broken bones and with her poor sight it happens a lot !! We are now on medication all the time for her range of illnesses.
She is just recovering from swine flu which has made her very poorly and the GP has said may take her months to recover !!!
