James was born at 37 weeks and struggled with seizures, jaundice and bronchitis from birth.

He spent much of the first 5 years of life in and out of hospital having tests, operations and regular iv treatments through a central line to try to fight of the constant infections in his lungs.

James was diagnosed with Autism and sensory processing disorder when he was 21/2 and attends a fantastic special needs school that are able to help James reach his full potentially and can work around his complex medical needs.

James requires a vast amount of medication each day and is fed via a feeding tube directly into his stomach.
