Biography

Macie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 6 weeks old. It came as a very big shock to her dad and I as we had no idea what CF was let alone that we were carriers of the gene. With lots of support from friends and family and the amazing team at the Royal Brompton we learnt the daily routine Macie needed to keep her well. She has had 3 admissions so far, the last one was September 2016.

Macie loves to sing and dance and attends a theatre/dance school once a week. She loves all animals and has a cat called Alf and a dog called Dylan. She often puts on shows singing and dancing to her favorite songs by Little Mix and Sia.
