Biography

Natalie was born with a large cystic hygroma. When she was 2 days old, she needed a tracheostomy and had surgery for this, as she couldn't suck she was fed by a nasal gastric tube. She was in hospital for 7 months, on discharge she had another operation to have a gastrostomy tube fitted and is now peg fed as this enables long term feeding.

She is a happy little girl, but in the not too distant future she will have major surgery and I'm sure the special quilt will be of great comfort to her.
