Biography

Daisy was born a beautiful healthy baby girl, however she was failing to put on weight. We put this down to a tongue tie but after she had that done she still failed to gain weight. She was breastfeeding for 9 hours and having 10+ dirty nappies. When she was 2 and a half weeks old a nurse from BCH knocked on my door to tell me her heel prick test had come back positive for cystic fibrosis and we were to be seen the next day. Our world fell apart for a few months.
Cystic fibrosis is a life limiting condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system.
Daisy is a happy, beautiful and funny little girl. She lives life to the full and doesn't let anything stop her. Despite hospitals admissions ect. she manages to make everyone fall in love with her, with her happy soul.
