Thank you

Thank you all so much for Jack's lovely quilt. He adores it. He was in hospital when it arrived, so I came home to collect it. When Jack saw it he smiled for the first time in nearly a week!

I've had to wash it once already as he's loved it that much and christened it on a particularly refluxy day. Thank you once again. It's something both Jack and I will treasure x x x x

Biography

Jack was born 6 weeks prem heavily addicted to a large range of drugs. During his withdrawal he suffered a bleed to the brain. He came to us at 6 weeks old. He was soon diagnosed with severe visual impairment and at 5 months it was confirmed he had severe cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
Jacks CP means he has no useful limb function and at 7 still is unable to hold his head up. Jack has no communication but a smile to die for. He also has a good understanding. Jack seems to be having more hospital admissions of late, all ending up in HDU :(

Despite being dealt a rubbish hand, Jack loves life!!

Sadly, Jack passed away on 5th January 2014 :(
