BiographyJasmine was born a healthy baby. When she reached the age of 4 months old she had her first seizure. She was rushed to Great Ormond Street Hospital as our local hospital were unable to gain control of her seizures. She was having anything up to 20 seizures per day. Jasmine is drug resistant, so medications only work for a short while. She slowly started to lose skills, she now has an unsafe swallow and is peg fed for all fluids. She is non-verbal and has a four limb motor disorder. Jasmine has had over 350 tests and to this day her condition is still undiagnosed. Despite all her complications she is a very happy little girl. |
