Received the quilt today! It is absolutely beautiful! After Moosa got back from school he got very big surprise, Moosa is so grateful and thankful for the love and care taken to sew such a masterpiece. This throw will be cherished forever.. I want to thank you all.

Biography

Moosa was born with a critical heart condition called univentricular heart with pulmonary atresia.
At 1 day old they did his first surgery and 2 weeks later we were discharged from Great Ormond Street Hospital.
His 2nd surgery was done at 3-4 months when we spent 6 weeks in Great Ormond Street.
His 3rd surgery was April 2012 and his 4th December 2012. A few weeks before his surgery his older sister passed away, she was very close to Moosa.
After his last surgery Moosa started walking and talking but he has developmental delay.
In June 2018 he had a cardiac arrest and stayed 6 weeks in ICU with a ventilation tube. He also had a second cardiac arrest.
Doctors told us 'today is Moosa’s last night' but he pulled through.

Now Moosa's heart condition is heart failure and he needs a heart transplant. We are waiting to put Moosa on the transplant list.
At the moment he is looking better but his heart is still same.
