Biography

Tyler was diagnosed with cf 2 weeks after he was born from his heel prick test. It was quite the emotional whirlwind from then on with monthly visits to hospital nurses. dietitians etc. Physiotherapy twice a day every day. Special medication everytime he eats something fatty as his pancreas is insufficient.

The first few years of his life were tricky due to picking up dangerous bugs and he had several hospital stays for ivs 2 weeks at a time. Thankfully they have been less frequent lately but it is a constant battle to keep him well. What would be a small cold to us can be very dangerous to Tyler.

But all of that aside, he is a fighter. He is a funny, clever, bubbly little boy who enjoys his life as much as possible . He also has a big heart and loves his family very much!
