BiographyMiley is 10 and was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) when she was just 2. Miley couldn’t straighten her arms, use her fingers or walk for more than a couple of minutes. She had multiple joints affected and spent a lot of time in hospital. After learning how to give Miley’s injections at home, Miley's arthritis was eventually under control and she is now active and healthy. She does, however, now suffer from a linked eye condition called uveitis. Miley still spends a lot of time in hospital for check ups, treatment, physio, eye procedures etc. She still suffers with pain and stiffness.
Miley loves crafts such as knitting, crochet and drawing. She absolutely loves woodland animals, anything miniature and autumn colours are her favorite. She is a beautiful, caring and a funny little girl and we love her to bits!
