Biography

Shey was born 2 weeks later than estimated and was born ok and healthy as far as we knew. He didn't sit early or crawl or walk. He is non verbal and can't say any word at all. We took him to see a consultant at about 2 years old who diagnosed global developmental delay and also questioned autism. He then went through the diagnosis and we were told about 4 months ago that he has autism.

Shey carries on and he just takes each day as he can. He has just finished a specialist nursery setting and has learned to use some signs and is moving to a specialist primary in September
