Biography

Harry made a dramatic entrance to this world. I myself, his mum, delivered him in our car on the A1!

Harry had his first admission with bronchiolitis and pneumonia at just 10 weeks old.

Harry required lots of procedures and bowel surgery and when he was 2 years old was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

In 2017 Harry's health deteriorated significantly resulting in a year long stay in hospital.

Harry's condition is a connective tissue disorder that leads to laxity of connective tissue causing pain and fatigue. This results in him requiring a wheelchair at times.

Harry has gut motility problems which have led to Harry being tpn dependent. He's completely nil by mouth but despite this he loves to cook!

He requires up to 6 nebulisers daily alongside chest physio to clear his secretions from his airway.
