BiographySophia-Grace was first diagnosed at 12 days old, she underwent open heart surgery in November 2017. We sadly lost her dad to a tragic work related accident.
Throughout Sophia-Grace's life we have had numerous visits to hospital for chest infections and tonsillitis due to her weak immune system. She has constant monitoring and medication 5 times a day. Sophia-Grace has now started school and is doing well in school other than needing to have reduced exercise due to exercise intolerance.
