Biography

Scarlett was born with CAH, a life long potentially life threatening genetic condition which means she has adrenal insufficiency, is steroid dependant and can become very unwell very quickly if things aren’t very carefully managed. She has spent a lot of time in hospital and between this and the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome which she was later diagnosed with, her needs are quite complex.

Scarlett goes to a special school where she is happy and has some great friends. She loves gaming and her cats. Scarlett has to cope with a lot and likes her home comforts. She likes to know the plan and have familiar things around her and then she’s happy.
