Thank youWell where do I start? After possibly the most gloomiest day of January so far, we had this delightful package arrive. Lily-Faye's face lit up like it did Christmas morning. She is still speechless and cannot fathom why people would want to spend their time making her a quilt. She is overjoyed, overwhelmed and so very happy. Thank you to each individual who crafted this for my daughter and showed her that despite everything, there are truly kind and beautiful people in this world. Lily-Faye loves spending time reading, watching movies and drinking tea so this is going to be used everlastingly for consecutive years. So from our home to yours, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have made my child glow

BiographyBorn in 2009, Lily-Faye was an exquisite golden haired blue eyed baby girl. Throughout her early years she flourished and was very happy and confident. However, primary school proved to be difficult and Lily-Faye had to deal with relentless bullying and physical assault in school. She was admitted to hospital a few times with concussions as a consequence. Since the age of 5 Lily-Faye has endured terrible and painful experiences publicly and personally.
When she was at her most vulnerable, family members who were supposed to protect her betrayed that responsibility and failed her greatly. Lily-Faye is no longer in contact with such persons and is now under the care of the local secondary care mental heath team. They are going to work with Lily-Faye to heal the wounds and trauma she endures every day. She finds school very stressful and the noises trigger panic attacks and painful memories. Lily-Faye is home tutored now to keep her safe from any more harm.
