Biography

Archie was born healthy in 2021 but he then got group b strep meningitis and sepsis which left him with catastrophic brain damage, epilepsy and cerebral palsy.

He’s a happy well loved boy who has fought so hard to be here today. At just 2 weeks old we were told he wouldn’t breathe off the ventilator, his brain was just too damaged but each day he proves the doctors wrong and he has become stronger and stronger. Not only did he breathe he also feeds normally as well which they were gobsmacked about. Archie is definitely a little fighter. Each week he has different lessons/ therapies from the visual impairment team, physio, Portage and speech and language. They all help him to reach his full potential and lead a happy healthy life.
