Toby received his dinosaur quilt this morning. Here he is carefully checking out the dinosaurs on his new quilt.

Toby's very much loved new quilt will be taken everywhere with him.

Biography

Toby was diagnosed with hypoplastic right heart syndrome at our 20 week scan. He then went on to have open heart surgery at four months of age. He spent three months in hospital fighting for his life. He finally made it out at seven months old on home oxygen.

We were told he would need another open heart surgery between the age of three to five but he cannot have it due to complications. He has also been declined a heart transplant so is now on palliative care.

Toby was also diagnosed at birth with brittle bones disease and other health complications and learning disabilities. He attends a special school and is loved by everyone that meets him.
