Wow, Ruby was so excited to open the quilt. Ruby absolutely loves her new quilt and she has a favourite section as it reminds her of her brother in heaven.

Biography

Ruby was born at lunch time in August 2010. The doctors took umbilical cord blood to test Ruby for Cystic Fibrosis because her brother Nicholas has Cystic Fibrosis and brother Tobias died because of Cystic Fibrosis.

Ruby has a strict regime of medication and physiotherapy for her illness to help prevent lung infections and damage which can result in long stays in hospital for IV antibiotics.

Despite her illness Ruby loves life, she is extremely happy and caring.

She loves horse riding, swimming and going to stagecoach which is good exercise for her.
