Biography

When Jack started to wean we noticed something wasn't right. He wasn't able to eat and it became very difficult to feed him. As he got older we noticed more things, he liked to spend a lot of time by himself and he didn't like to share (only on his terms).

When he started infant school more things were noticed. He was really hyperactive, he doesn't like noise or different smells and finds it hard going out because of crowds, he likes being by himself. When he has bad days he will hurt himself which is hard to see and stop him. When we got the diagnosis we felt relieved that there was a reason why Jack found things so difficult. He still now finds it hard to eat and only eats a small number of different foods. Jack is a loving boy who needs time and understanding on a daily basis and routine.

When he is upset he likes to be by himself and cuddle in a blanket so I think one of these blankets would make him much happier.
