Aurora's favourite colours are yellow, pink and purple.

She loves animals and fish, her absolute favourites are ducks, caterpillars and butterflies.
She loves The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Jack Skeletons, Zero, Blippi Meekah and Miss Rachel.

Biography

Aurora showed signs very early on of autism and developmental delays. From 6 months we knew something was different, she wasn't hitting milestones and would head bang and lash out with biting and hitting. As she's become older it's got worse, she stimms constantly and she's also a sensory seeker with no danger awareness. She lashes out hitting and biting herself and others in frustration due to her inability to communicate what she wants or needs. I mentioned my concerns to her health visitor who referred to Rainbow House paediatrics who 100% agreed that an autism diagnosis was required.

From the age of 1-2 Aurora spent so much time in and out of hospital due to breathing difficulties, having 23 respiratory illnesses in the span of a year. She ended up needing nebulisers, oxygen and prescribed inhalers.
We finally managed to get her diagnosed as asthmatic after a year of fighting and knowing something was wrong.
