Biography

We knew Leo had cystic fibrosis from birth. His older brother also has cf.

He has had several chest infections, and has recently been diagnosed with a pseudomaonas infection. He takes antibiotics every day, oral and nebulised.

He is pancreatic insufficient and suffers with malabsoption, stomach pains, finds it hard to put on weight, so has to eat a lot. He has to take enzymes with his food/milk to digest it.

Despite his hours of medication, physiotherapy and nebulisers every day, and all his hospital visits, he is a noisy, happy, boisterous boy! He loves running and jumping, which is really good physio for his chest!

Leo loves cars, dinosaurs and is obsessed with the alphabet! He would love a quilt to take into hospital with him when he stays. xxx
