Biography

Thomas was born on 10th Sept 1998 a whopping 9lb 1oz he was our first born and we were overjoyed with our bundle of joy. All was well for first few weeks and he was such a happy baby but he struggled to gain weight so we went back and forth to hospital till eventually in Jan 1999 we got the diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis. Our lives were turned upside down and we were thrown into a world of Physio, medication, nebulisers and recurrent chest infections.
he has encountered many hospitalisations over his whole childhood but his illness has never held him back from playing his beloved football and achieving good grades at school. He is an inspiration to our whole family how he never lets CF get him down and just gets on with things even when some days are an endless round of physio, meds, nebulisers physio again.
