Biography

When Sadie was a few weeks old she started having a lot of chest infections where she would have a week on antibiotics, 4 days off then another infection would come. We had to fight for 18 months to get Sadie seen at the hospital by this time she was started to be admitted into hospital on a frequent basis.

The consultant did bloods and straight away picked up low immoglobion levels in her blood. Even to this day she has to have the tests constantly repeated every 6 months do to changes levels. She was put straight onto antibiotics 3 times a week also steroids and inhalers. Due to this it has caused Sadie a small size to in height. She is currently the height of a 2/3 year old and a size 8 shoes. She is currently also being monitored for another problem which if her levels don't start to pick up she will have to start having oxygen tanks at home.
