Thank youThe quilt has arrived and he loves it. He insists on snuggling under it in front of the TV and it's currently on his bed while he is asleep. It's really lovely and means so much to us xxx | ||||||||||||

BiographyJoseph was a planned C Section delivery as he was breech. He was a tiny 5lbs 10 but doctors were happy with him. As soon as we established feeding we were allowed home. We were home for 3 weeks and one day Joseph began to struggle to breath. I went to the GP and we were asked to go to our local hospital. At the hospital normal observation tests showed that Joseph had dangerously low oxygen saturation, an alarm was pressed and doctors arrived. It was established that Joseph had an issue with his heart. We were then blue lighted to the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle where we were told that Joseph had a very serious and life changing congenital heart defect. We were told to expect to be in hospital for 6 months and that our life was about to fundamentally change. |
