Biography

Cameron has had chest problems since he was 3 months old. He is currently going through extensive testing as he is failing to gain weight, has a constant cough, struggles to breathe and tires easily

Cameron’s siblings both have cystic fibrosis. Cameron’s results came back that he is a carrier of the cystic fibrosis gene and he is now being reviewed for cystic fibrosis.

Cameron has been through bloods tests and x-rays to get to the bottom of his breathing difficulties.

Cameron can not do PE at school and struggles to keep up with his peers.
He has a lot of time off school for his bad chest and is booked in at hospital to have his tonsils and adenoids removed.

As parents Cameron’s condition is extremely worrying as he has been more poorly than both of our other children that have CF.

Cameron is smaller for his age due to his struggle to eat and is extremely pale which upsets him when at school as some children notice more than you think.
