Biography

Freddie was born at 23 weeks and 6 days gestation. He weighed 1lb 7oz and spent 4 months in neonatal intensive care in Arrowe Park Hospital and Wrexham Maelor. During the time in Arrowe Park our family stayed in the Ronald McDonald House with him.
He was diagnosed with stage 3 ROP and transferred to Liverpool Women's Hospital for laser surgery on his eyes.
He was discharged home in May 2018 on 24 hour oxygen.
