Biography

Prashna was born okay and a full-term baby. We were told that her hips were dislocated at the time of birth, but later we knew that was due to her condition. Her muscles are floppy.

When Prashna was 3 months old we noticed she wasn't acting like a normal child. When she reached 6 months she started having infantile spasms and was referred to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Prashna is nearly 6 now and can't stand on her own or speak a single word. She loves lying on her back all the time.
