BiographyAshton was my first born, kept me waiting 8 days. He was such a good baby and has grown up into such a laid back sweetheart of a boy with a keen interest in fine dining and ICT. We found he had sickle cell trait from the heel prick at 5 days old. Through the winter this doesn't affect him, but in summer time, we sometimes have problems due to his sensory issues with drinking. As Ash grew, we noticed he would not under any circumstances get his hands dirty, to this day he still hates dirt. As he got older I noticed more and more little things, such as his sensory problems with touch, sound... how he repeated himself often. In his first primary school, he was subject to mental and emotional abuse which affected him quite badly, he is currently homeschooled with a tutor for 3 hours a day due to the trauma. One thing he has always loved is a blanket! He must have around 20, some hand knitted by great grandma, some bought. When Ash feels distressed, he will usually be found in his room cuddled up in a pile of blankets
