Biography

Kieran was diagnosed with Autism at the age of three and couldn’t talk properly until just before he turned 5. He really struggled in nursery and mainstream schools and he now attends a SEN school which he absolutely loves.

At the age of 9 Kieran started out of the blue with motor and vocal tics - it was predominantly head jerking every couple of seconds to start with but now the tics constantly change over time. He’s been diagnosed with transient tic disorder and if they go on for more than a year this diagnosis will then change to Tourette’s.
