Biography

Charlie was born in 2009. He has an older brother who has high functioning Autism and a sister who has complex care needs.

We noticed Charlie had delayed development and sensory issues when he started primary school. His delay has widened as he has got older. He was diagnosed with dyspraxia, Autism and learning difficulties in 2017 and he is currently preparing to be moved to a specialist school.

Charlie is a very quiet, gentle, quirky and kind child. He loves cats and dogs. We have two tabby cats and a chocolate labrador - he calls them his best friends. Despite his own difficulties and struggles in life, Charlie is the most caring little brother to his sister and always puts her needs above his own.
