Biography

I got a call about Mya on the day she was born and was asked to foster her and look after her while she withdrew from heroine and cocaine. She spent a week in intensive care before being allowed to come home with us. We fostered her for 4 months until it was decided she should be put up for adoption and we knew right away that we couldn’t let her go. We adopted her officially in December last year. She is very much a part of our family and we love her so much but she has so many obstacles to overcome still.

Mya is now a 20 months old little girl who has stolen our hearts, she is an absolute joy but is always on the go day and night!
