Biography

Leighton was born at 39+4weeks, and everything seemed ok. His older brother was poorly in September 2019 and was in hospital until November 2019. In that time he had a genetic blood test which in March 2020 came back with a positive for Lesch-Nyhan. Leighton needed testing as it is genetic and his came back 1 month after his older brother's positive, and it showed Leighton also suffered with it.

LNS sufferers suffer with kidney stones, mobility issues, self harming tendencies. There is a ‘life span’ of 1/2 decades.
