Biography

Clayton was born at 28 weeks. He took his first breath after 13 minutes resulting in damage to the brain. At 8 weeks of age Clayton was treated for NEC and he had a stoma after this. But Clayton's body could not absorb milk and caused his bowel to stop and his tummy to get distended even with a stoma. Clayton had genetics done. Due to not being able to absorb milk he is rob dependent. They also found he had adrenal insufficiency meaning he has to take steroids.

We spent a long 10 months in hospital before being able to bring him home. Even then we were admitted every few days due to him not being able to stay well enough.
