Biography

Brooklyn is a lively, happy little girl. She is 4 now and had her first seizure at 9 months old at nursery after an injury. She has continued to have them since and there difficult or control. She also lost all her speech at this time and has since been diagnosed with global developmental delay and severe learning difficulties. She has had a few long hospital stays and often has poorly days at home after bad seizures or periods of being unwell due to tempt ure regulation and bowel issues.

Unfortunately Brooklyn has periods when she becomes very unwell with status epilepsis and gets rushed in. Meaning a special quilt will be something which will bring a feeling of home :)

Brooklyn has now started school with full time support and is doing well. She still has only a few words but is slowly learning some sign language.
