Biography

Jacob was born at 24 weeks with 2 bleeds and meningitis that swelled his brain. Jacob was given less than 3% chance of survival. Jacob came home from NICU after 4 and half months but was re-admitted 2 weeks later with signs of problems breathing. That's when the subglottic cysts were diagnosed along with dystonia and CP. As the years passed and Jacob spent a lot of his time in the hospital other conditions were diagnosed. In 2017 Jacob was admitted to hospital for his bowel condition and unfortunately still remains in hospital to this day still trying to find a diagnosis.
