Thank youFreya's quilt arrived and wow I cannot put into words how amazing it is. When Freya and I opened it her little face was an absolute picture of joy, It was everything and so much more that I'd imagined. After Freya having such a tough year with shielding and multiple heart operations this quilt has put such a big smile on her face. I have included photos, the picture with her hand to her mouth is Freya signing Thank You.
Thank you all so very much we absolutely love it!!
Lots of love from

BiographyFreya was born at 35 weeks and was resuscitated for more than 25 minutes which caused a lot of brain damage. From the delivery room she was taken to neonatal where she was put on life support and was resuscitated 2 or more times a day over the next 4 months.
Since then she has been through the struggle of seizures and numerous heart surgeries which include a mechanical mitral valve and a pacemaker. She has also had sepsis twice, pneumonia a number of times and is now also dealing with being on warfarin and having daily blood tests. She is an extremely strong little girl.
