Biography

Betsy was diagnosed with Down's Syndrome 2 weeks before she was born. She was born with a fatal condition called duodenal atresia which requires surgery at 2 days old, when she only weighed 3lb 7oz.

Betsy has a lot of conditions to deal with including hypothyroidism, aspiration and hypotonia but she takes everything in her stride.

She loves life and is involved in so many interests. She dances in shows, goes to Rainbows and takes cookery classes. Betsy is an absolute star and lives life to the max.
