LQUK Calendar
The LQ calendar has now been sent out (the last few are currently in the post). A massive thank you to Clare Bray for creating the calendar and organising the printing for us, and also to everyone who ordered a calendar! We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures on each month throughout 2019.

DC/Harry Potter characters chart permission
We have recently received permission to chart our own patterns for Warner Brothers characters, which includes DC Superheroes and Harry Potter characters. The agreement is a bit tighter than the one we have with Disney in that we are not allowed to post the charts in the Files section of our Facebook group. Instead, pictures of the pattern (not the chart) will be posted in an album in the Photos section of our Facebook group. Stitchers will then need to message the creator of the pattern who will email the chart to them individually.

You are also free to chart your own pattern, and stitch it yourself!

A massive thank you to Clare Bray for sorting this our with Warner for us - she has been working on this for a few years!

Trailing ends on squares
We have received several squares lately that have unsecured ends and/or long trails. Quilters are having to mitigate this by using iron-on Vylene which is not ideal. When you are stitching, please secure your ends in the back of other stitches so that they are secure and cannot be pulled through from the front of the work. Thank you!
