Calendars cost £11 including P&P and the closing date for orders is November 1st so we can get them out to you before Christmas.

Patterns
Some of our creative supporters have been hard at work creating patterns for LQUK use (with the permission of copyright holders to use their characters where appropriate). You can see the patterns here: Pattern listing

We have asked the pattern charters to concentrate on patterns that are difficult to legally source elsewhere eg Marvel Superheroes, Disney etc which we have permission to chart.

Quilt News
Hello everyone! Unfortunately the hot weather seems to have disappeared and we're back to warmish weather with drizzle - much more like the British summers we are used to. Gaynor has had a few days off for good behaviour ;-) and has been away to Cornwall. Kat is busy at work, but continues to upload the squares she's received as often as she can.

Square cleanliness
A few squares have come in stained lately and have had to be re-washed and in a few extreme cases, treated with bleach on an ear-bud as a last resort(!) After washing, if you can still see a hoop mark, it probably needs a machine wash to get it out (slow spin, inside a pillowcase). If you do spill tea or similar on your square while stitching, just run it under the tap straightaway - once it dries in it's very difficult to shift!
